These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 63 ph platform, including all betting products, games, promotions, and customer services made available through the website and any associated mobile experience. Account Security

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once you have received a confirmation notification from 63 ph displaying a unique bet reference number. Bets that are not confirmed should not be assumed to have been placed.

Errors and Voided Bets

63 ph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds or on terms that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input mistake. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account. Bets placed on cancelled or abandoned events will similarly be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the applicable sport rules.

Maximum Payouts

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of manipulation intended to influence the outcome of a bet or game in an unfair manner.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed in bad faith with a payment provider where the transaction was legitimate.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 63 ph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to disguise your actual location.

In cases of confirmed Terms violations, 63 ph reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Players who believe their account was terminated in error may appeal via support@63ph.click.

63 ph may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players through on-platform notifications or email.
